No Compromise

“Compromise is when you do a little less than what you ought to do”. Joyce Meyer
A little less here and a little less there, and before you know it, you are far away from the right path. The song ‘Slow Fade’ by Casting Crown explains that people never crumble in a day, but that they start from the little compromises they make, which in a subtle way erases the difference between black and white, making it gray.

The choices we make have their consequences (positive or negative) and theses consequences have rippling effects, because you cannot solely isolate an area of your life. Compromise is a silent thief that robs you of your character, values and joy.
Never compromise on the truth for a lie ; Never compromise on love for selfish interest ; Never compromise on faith for fear ; Never compromise on praying for worrying ; Never compromise on contentment for greed ; Never compromise on excellence for just well enough ; Never on compromise on your dreams for the fear of the unknown ; Never compromise on your joy for the satisfaction of another ; Never compromise on the word of God for the world standard ; Never compromise on the word of God for cultural belief.
You may have gone far deep into compromising, but you can make a turn around. You can start doing right and making the right decisions.
Shalom,
You are made for MORE!
